shaikh my question is regarding praying tahajjud prayer even after completing the tarawi with the imam, I heard some saying it is not permissible to add after tarawi and some are saying it is, pls I need more clarification.

ANSWER: This is permissible and there is no problem in praying tahajjud after that. However you must not repeat the witr if you already prayed it with taraweeh because there’s only one witr per night.

Is it permissable to use cell phone for some sort of emtertainment while you are fasting?

ANSWER: What kind of entertainment? If you mean music, movies etc, this is not permissible whether during fasting or while not fasting.

If a lady has read Quran and got hidayat and read lots of Books on hadeeth and religious books on many topics of Islam and attends Dawah Work and wishes to start dawah in her house has she to take permission from some scholar? Or she can give one lecture behind curtain and man scholar can hear to give permission.Is it allowed for man to hear her lecture?

ANSWER: She can give lectures based on Quran and Sunnah but not in front of males, whether scholar or not. She can ask female teachers for help in her lectures and for corrections.

Can I combine the intention of making up my previous ramdan missed fast with that of Shawwal or Ashura or fasting on 9 days of dhul hijja or 13,14,15 of each Islamic month,or Monday & Thursday of each week.By expecting to get the reward of both how should I make my intention.

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to combine the intention of missed days of Ramadan with the 6 days of Shawwal. Other than this you can have the double intention of fasting with everything else you mentioned.

When we visit the graves of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) we say Assalamu alayka ya rasool Allah in short. One of my friend was saying we should also visit graves of passed away people u know like pious imams, brothers, cousin and say salam to them also . Is it correct to visit graves of other people(mothers etc) and send salam? If not what to do while visiting

I made the same dua during 2 months of praying during every fard sallet and every tahajud. I also prayed on friday extra en asked every hour for this dua. I also asked during fasting I have read a lot of hadiths and video’s that say during tahajud a dua is like a arrow that doesnt miss it target, and while fasting your dua is been answered and not rejected. But i see no change

ANSWER: There are certain things that we think are good for us while only Allah knows if they’re good or not and He might not grant you this dua because it might not be good for you.
