During umrah should I need to perform every fard Salah during the journey as well as from my hotel room as JAMM & KASR .then can I pray voluntary prayers such as sunnah before & after fard prayers,dhuha prayer,tarawhi ,witr during the journey as well as from my hotel room.

ANSWER: You should shorten your prayers in the hotel. In congregation, follow the Imam. You should not pray the Sunnah of dhuhr, Maghrib and isha as Prophet ﷺ used to skip these while traveling. Other than that, you can pray as many voluntary prayers as you want.

We’re married for 7yrs and since last year he always abuses my parents with Ill words and always say he will not attend to any of our family gatherings my parents were so supportive in many means in our difficulties Is it permissible for me to speak against him when he scolds it hurts me so much my 4 yrs son struggles to support me I fear his future would be spoilt by this quarreling help.

Is it permissible to give ZAKAAT to people/relatives of deviant sects in India like Deobandis, Bareillvis etc because they constitute approx.80-90% of Muslims? Most of these people, they are involved in innovations which dont take them outside folds of Islam.

ANSWER: Some of them have kufr beliefs that may take them out of the fold of Islam. Therefore, if you know that they are Muslims and do not nullify their Islam, you can give them from zakat.

I live in my mother’s house and recently wed, my husband lives on the opposite coast but will be moving here soon Insha’Allah and into my mom’s house with me. She will still be the owner of the house and main provider even when he gets a job here so I was wondering would I need to get his permission whenever I leave the house?

My brother has given me some clothes of his that he doesn’t need anymore but I know the money he bought them with was earned by haraam income. Is it permissible to wear these clothes whilst praying salah?

During taraweeh, fard prayers, witr, eid prayer, etc. any prayers with imam. Can we take our time reciting the last tashahud even when the imam already did salam, or I should not take my time reciting and I must recite a little bit faster without missprouncing the words and try to catch the salam and finish with imam?

ANSWER: You must not take too much time, recite normally and you can take a few seconds to say the salam after the Imam says Salam on both sides, but you should not exceed that.

Sheikh today after having sahoor and praying Fajr in congregation ,I slept for a bit and in that short while I had a wet dream and I woke up to see myself wet…does it invalidate my roza and also what should I do to repent to Allah in this regard.

ANSWER: If he wakes up and finds semen in his underwear, he must perform ghusul, his fasting is not affected by nocturnal emission.

Sheikh, while praying salah if we complete one rakat by reciting ayat-ul-kursi only, after surah fatiha then is that okay? We heard many people saying that one have to recite at least three ayah after surah fatiha otherwise the salat is invalid. Please help to clear up the confusion.
