ANSWER:

This is permissible as it is Ramadan as a whole. 

The last ten nights begin on the day of the 20th which by its sunset, it is the 21st night. 

Sheikh, for eg we have 29 roza that means our last 10 days of Ramadan will strt from 19th day of Ramdan…since we dnt knw when laylatul qadr falls can we start special ibadah from 19th of Ramdan and Our Prophet (PBUH) use to worship more in the last 10 days of Ramadan..will it be innovation? I am so confused
