QUESTION: Nowadays there are video games that are forced to show some LGB** representation. There are some video games that have such characters but they do not look like they are part of the group yet they are officially labelled as such due to marketing/advertising. ANSWER: No, this is not permissible at all! Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said a person who takes back his gift is like a dog who vomits and then eats its own vomit! Only the mahr must be returned when she takes khula.

QUESTION: The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Breaking the bone of one who is dead is like breaking it when he is alive.”Does this hadith indicate that dead people feel extreme pain when their bones are broken? QUESTION: In most of the places in our country people organiz Islamic lecture programs where they invite mufti or sheikh to give dawah to the people. QUESTION:Sheikh with all due to respect to the four imams but why they have done the things which none of the great companions had done like imam abu hanifa saying women prayers is different from men and many things which totally conflict the Qur’an and sunnah. why the khulaafe e rashideen didn’t do all these things for ummah?

ANSWER: They did their due diligence with whatever evidence they had at that time and they also said that if their fatwa goes against the Quran and Sunnah then people must discard it.Now the people must not do taqleed (blind follow) a particular madhab when something in it is clearly against the Quran and Sunnah.

QUESTION: My mom recently passed away.I’ve heard that clothes and belongings are part of the inheritance.In this case, I would like to know how are we to distribute her clothes amongst her siblings, she has two sisters & two brothers?Is every piece of clothes item or belonging to be counted as well?

QUESTION: I’m a bit confused. We know shirk is the gravest sin in Islam, and makes it impossible to enter jannah if you die upon it. However I have a question whether this is the same for dying upon minor shirk. Does it also have the same consequence, and if so, why is there a distinction between major and minor shirk?
