QUESTION: Does تحية المسجد require a specific intention? or is it sufficient if I go in a masjid and pray 2 rakahs of between adhaan and iqaamah without thinking about تحية المسجد

ANSWER: No specific intention is required. Any 2 rakah you pray would suffice.

QUESTION: I watched the videos and still unsure. Do the ijab and qubool have to be verbally said by the wali and the groom directly in full or can there be a person who’s made as the “celebrant” asking the wali if he offers etc, and the wali just agrees to give the bride with a nod and saying “yep”? Likewise the groom agrees after being prompted if he accepts. Is this valid?

ANSWER: No problem as long as you are able to get up and pray all the rest of the 4 prayers on time and function normally while fulfilling your other day to day responsibilities.

ANSWER: This is begging and it is prohibited in Islam. A muslim is a person of dignity and honor and would never humiliate himself like this!

ANSWER: If they are praying in congregation, this is totally prohibited. Women must stand behind men. But if they are praying alone and they are mahram to one another, this is permissible.

QUESTION: Is sitting on the same same spot after fardh prayer is limited to those who pray in masjid or women praying at home also get similar rewards?
