This is not permissible as it involves two transactions in one!

Either buy it and once you own it, there are no strings attached and the seller can buy it after a year with whatever price he wants or totally forget about it or you can lease it for one year for 2000 $ without the need to give him the extra 8k

QUESTION: Shiekh. Buying a bike for lease for a period of 1 year for 10000 dollars and after one year the bike will be returned and an amount of 8000 dollars will be returned to me.. is it permisible?
