ANSWER: If you didn’t remember while eating then the fast is valid, even if you ate a whole meal.

QUESTION: I know it’s mustahab to delay isha until just before midnight. My question is what is the earliest time I can pray Isha bit still get the reward for delaying isha? Like if isha is at 6:47 and midnight is at 11:15, would I get the reward if I delayed isha till 8 o’ clock. What about 9, what about 10

QUESTION: Does openly sinning with a group of friends constitute as kuffr even though every single person believes it is haram and has remorse but they still fall into sin

ANSWER: Kufr is disbelief. Sinning is sinning! The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: all sons of Adam are sinful. Does this mean that they have committed kufr? Of course not! Insisting on sinning while believing that such sins are still haram is sinful and not kufr.

QUESTION: A friend of mine prays salah on the floor ( where many people walk) . Despite of me having the salah mat, she prays on the floor. She feels hesitant to ask me, even if I provide her, she continues to pray on the floor. Am I wronged for not giving the salah mat or is it allowed to pray in such a way even if there is an availability of salah mat

ANSWER: No problem whatsoever in praying on the floor as long as its pure with no apparent najasah.

QUESTION: I know that Tahiyyatul masjid is wajib on muslim when he enters masjid.Is it wajib all the time when I come to masjid to join congregation or once in a whole day?

ANSWER: Every time you enter the masjid and want to sit down. If you enter it and join the congregation immediately, there is no need to offer it after the fard prayers.

QUESTION: Sheikh. I have cash that is Alhamdulillah above the Nisab. I also have 25 grams of gold (which is below the Nisab). Must I combine the dollar value of both and pay Zakat for everything or only pay Zakat on the cash I have? Basically, do we pay Zakat on the total value of all our Zakatable assets or do we pay Zakat on only assets above the Nisab?
