ANSWER: He must pray while sitting down with movements of his eyes if he cannot move at all and even without wudu due to necessity.

QUESTION: How to ensure firm faith in dua. As in sometimes when I make dua I get a thought or somewhere in my heart I feel as if I’m not worthy to be asking this much.
