Is it allowed for the son/daugther of the deceased to pay someone else to take care of the funeral of his non-muslim parent? But the thing is when they make the funeral they use the money to pay for the alcohol and pork meat, or they pay the priest. What should the person do in this case?

One shouldn’t do such a thing as it is not a place for answering your Du’ah and it is also misleading as others would look at you and think that you are doing this because you believe that it is greater for answering your Du’ah and would probably do the same.

One of my cousins just past away and his family is unable to pay for a burial so cremation seems to be the only solution. So is it allowed in Islam ?

This is not the right way of doing it. The whole gold should be priced first and then those wanting to take a piece must pay for it.

The question is not clear. There isn’t anything as jannatul baqi. There is Al Baq’ee and this is the graveyard in Madinah and not in Makkah. It is not Jannah.

In janaza salaat, you here the imaam say ALLAHU AKBAR four time, what do read in each one of the ALLAHU AKBARS? You do not read quraan in janaza that is what i was told. So what do I read?

1- The first takbeer you recite the Fatiha. 2- The second, you give salat on the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam which begins with Allahumma salli ala Mohammed wa ala A’ali Mohammed …. 3- The third, you pray for the deceased and ask Allah to forgive him. 4- The 4th, you offer salam.

We hope for him the best but there is no significance in dying in Ramadan like there is in dying on Friday. The hadeeth is referring that the mercy of Allah is far greater in Ramadan as people tend to do more good deeds and stay away from bad deeds.
