A brother has a Mortage and he wants to go hajj but he wants to know what to do.. Does he clear his. Mortgage and some of his debt.. Or does he go hajj.. If something happenes to him his family will clear the debt .. What shall he do?

You should not shave your head if you intend to make a second umrah. If you have already shaved it completely, in this case you should only intend to be in the state of halal ourtside your state of Ihram without shving as you there is nothing to shave.
