QUESTION: When praying alone, should I recite the iqamah for each different type of Salah? For example, let’s say I recite the iqamah, then I pray the Sunnah rakahs of Fajr. After this, should I recite the iqamah again and start my Fard rakahs of Fajr? Or should I just start my Fard rakahs with no iqamah?

ANSWER: Iqamah is only given before the 5 fard prayers and not the sunnah prayers.

QUESTION: My wife insists on watching TV between hour of asr and Maghreb. She complained of this saying she prayed asr salah, read a bit quran , done askhar now 30mins to 45 minutes Maghreb salah, now wants to watch some TV .
