Suppose there was a Hindu majority country faced with oppression by the government. Muslims come in and remove the tyrannical government and establish an Islamic Caliphate. Is the Caliph supposed to remove the Hindu temples and religious monuments or should they let them be?

My wife has had a jinn in her and has had it taken out Alhamdulilah , but there is still one there or some thing jinn related as a year on and she is still very sick and the doctors can’t find anything.
