I recently saw a video in which it is said eating candies and sweets and veggies and accepting gifts from non Muslims on their festivals is permitted. So can we also accept gift and eat their food (meat and other eatables) from an innovator on their festival? Like in India the grave worshippers do niyaaz of the dead.

You can’t eat their meat but can accept gifts without participating or congratulating on their feasts.

If you can’t financially help him, you must pray for him as there is nothing you can do. May be collecting zakat for him would also help.

One of my friends say that if someone prostrate (do Sajda) on a grave or before some other person, this is sajda of respect. And he says it is haram but not an act of shirk. Please clarify is it an act of shirk or not?

This is an act of shirk.

I just had a baby with major surgery. 3 days after surgery, my baby had POOPY diaper accident and clothes got dirty. I removed her clothes over her head and washed her legs. While removing her dress, my dirty hands touched her head and arms which I didn’t wash since the baby is 3 days old. Now I am worried about my house purity. What to do?

The infant will not touch the house, so don’t worry. Wash the child or whatever traces of impurity you see in the house and this is enough.

Should we make the dua after wudu facing the qibla? Is it sunnah? Or can we just say it?

You can just say it and no need to face the qibla.

A procurement officer in a company, if he gets the price of item reduced and then takes the amount himself and does not tell the employer and shows the documents of the original price, is this allowed?

My husband’s job involves killing of insects and other pests. Can he have his pants below the ankle only for the purpose of work? Sometimes he has to kill fleas for example and since his pants is above the ankle the fleas start to crawl up on his legs.

I have very bad waswaas and stomach problems. During Magrib I heard a loud noise from my stomach and little gas. So I stopped praying and I thought “who cares if I pass gas, I have to make wudu again” and I believe intentionally passed gas, through my thinking but not pushing. But I got up and prayed because I knew if I did wudu again, I would get worse. Is my prayer valid?

If the noise was from your stomach, ignore it. But if you are sure it came from anus, you must make wudhu.

What is the punishment from Allah to a women who commit adultery? Can she be forgiven if she repent to Allah? Is there any kaffara she must do to be forgiven?

If she repents, Allah will forgive her and there is no expiation for that.

Is it right or wrong for a daughter in law to stay in the same house as her mother in law’s husband (not her father in law as the mother in law and father in law are divorced)?
