Is it permissible to accept the invitation of our uncle’s death anniversary? My cousins give a party after reciting Quran. They do this annually. I advise to my family not to attend it, my brother knows its bidah however he ecouraged our family to go there, because it is an obligation for a muslim to accept invitation. Is it so?

It doesn’t make any difference. The purpose of a wedding night and a MARRIAGE is to consummate it and to be intimate. If they both don’t want to, this is up to them.

If I make vow by myself from the heart [for example fast for number of days] but I didn’t move my tongue and I didn’t tell any body about the vow, so do I have to full fill the vow?

My father wants me to be the nominee for the riba based banks where he has accounts. I have always advised him to shift to Islamic banks. His intention is when he dies I have the authority to handle his money and distribute it to my brother and sister who lives in different countries. Can I be the nominee for riba based banks?

This is a weak hadeeth! The biggest jihad is to go for fight with all your wealth and not to come back.
