If a person prays in congregation and the imam prayed 5 rakat instead of 4, do we people behind also pray 5 or 4? Because if we do 4, when do we do taslim, after once imam is done?

Those who followed the Imam in his 5th while they know it is 5th, their prayer is void! People should ignore the Imam and complete their prayer on their own if he stood to a fifth and wouldn’t listen to them when they said subhana Allah.

I am a doctor and I have both male and female patients, I have to take their pulses, blood pressure , examine their chest heart beat via stethoscope and other aspects of medicine, usually I donot see the private parts of the patient. But still in order to examine them I have to touch their hands or legs or chest.. Is my income halal if I am touching a non Mahram for it?

A woman must only treat other women and men must treat other men! Only if there is no one to treat the opposite gender that this might be permissible but in the presence of someone else in the room so that there wouldn’t be any seclusion.

Basically, this is not permissible except if the masjid is too small to hold the big number of worshippers! It can also be permitted in non Muslim countries when they are unable to get a break to pray with the congregation on time.

Theres a video on youtube that a person making tawaaf is on some sort of skateboard performing tawaaf and is very fast wearing ihraam and everything and this skateboard electric segway ,,,just wondered if this is even allowed?

This is not allowed in the Haram and the authorities there said that it took place a year ago! Technically speaking, it is permissible when there is a need for it!

What if I committed a sin and I offer salaat al tawba as many times as I remember that sin. Is it permissible or just once is enough?

Once is enough unless one feels that he needs to pray it again for that particular sin!

1- It is not permissible to kill someone without a justifiable reason even if orders were given to do so! 2- This is not true! There isn’t any such land donated in Saudi Arabia to build any temple or church!

Sheikh now with so many Syrians leaving their home to go and live in EU. With some of them drowning in the sea etc. We seen a picture of a baby lying dead on the sea shore of Turkey and this person was like may Bashar Al-Asad be destroyed and his dwelling etc. He said all other places are good to live except in Arab countries or with Arabs. Is it true that when a woman goes to court for khula, the judge can order her husband to divorce her. If he refuses then the court can grant her divorce but this is called “FASKH e NIKAH”? So although divorce takes place, it cannot be called khula since husband did not divorce her.

My Question is about the payback points that one earns after using a debit card from a bank. The more we purchase from this debit card ( the money gets deducted from the bank account ) on certain outlets, the more points we get and we can claim for something. Is this permissible or is this considered usury ?

Points possessed through ATM cards or debit cards are prohibited and part of usury! Points acquired through credit card is halal providing you are not paying any interest to the card company!
