After death when shares are divided as per Shariah, can the person (who has no husband and children)who dies write a will that she wishes to give her car to her nephew and furnitures to so and so and gold to so and so etc. only bank balance to be divided among the sisters and brother. Is it right?

My husband scolds me from day to night. Whatever I do is not good for him..either in the home or in the office…I am working in his office. He scolds me loudly in front of people if I disagree with his views. It is so embarrassing as I am also a director of his company.
