All what she had left behind including the clothes must be divided between the heirs. The two daughters get 2/3 The remaining third is divided by 14 shares, where each sister gets one share and each brother gets two shares.

My mom (age 65 plus & chronic stomach patient) a long time ago wowed (nadher) to fast every Friday for something (not knowing that fasting on Friday is disliked), please advise what; 1. To do for the missed nadher fasts 2. If she is unable to fast due to health issues 3. If her health allows her, should she fast on Friday or some other day in the week to fulfil nadher.

She should fast it and a day earlier or after it! If she is unable to do so, she should feed a poor person for every missed Friday.

About 5-6 years ago I made a promise to Allah to not see a haram thing.But unfortunately I committed that sin many times(I don’t remember how many times).Now as I know my mistake,I have fasted 3 days.Is it ok or I have to keep fasting more? What if I’ve done the sin again after fasting?

You should feed teen poor people! If you don’t have money to do so, you may fast three days. One expiation is sufficient for all that had passed.

I have heard from one of ur class that we can combine intentions eg:-fasting on the day of Arafat with the intention of making up missed Ramadan fasts n inshahAllah getting the rewards of both..but y is this not applicable with the 6days of fasting on Shawwal.??

It is because you have to fast the 6 days of Shawwal after you have completed Ramadan, thus, you can’t get the reward of fasting shawwal while your Ramadan is still incomplete.

sheikh is it prohibited to make gatherings on the day of ashura and recite hasbunallahu. as we are Africans and its our tradition that every year we do this. please help me confirm this
