QUESTION: The hadith that talks about making Wudu’ before bed, what if I do my wudu for isha salat and hold the Wudu’ for the rest of the time till I go to sleep like 3-4 hours is it okay and comes under the hadith or do I need to do Wudu’ right before going to bed?

QUESTION: I am a tutor and I take payment after a month is completed so if a student comes to study for tution on 1 of the month and in this month he does not come for 6 days so should I taken fees on 1 on next month or on 6

ANSWER: If the agreement is that you are paid per class, you should charge them for 6 classes only. But if the agreement is to be paid on monthly basis and they skip classes, you should be paid at the end of the month regardless of the number of classes they had attended.
