In Pakistan it is a very common trend that when someone goes for hajj and umrah ppl say to him ‘plz pay my salam at the rawdah and say my salam to kabaah. Plus ppl ask the person who is going to make specific duas for themselves. Can we ask others to make duas for us and pay our salams?

This is not permissile as sending the salutation upon the prophet salla Allahu alahi wa sallam can be done from any place. Conveying it on behalf of others is an innovation.

I m 31yrz old & still not married.problem is,i am financialy suporting my family by doing job.all responsibilities on me.my father is old n doesn’t work,brother is not educated,so earning little amount that he ca jz pay 1 bill.i feel that my family, specially father not interested for my marriage.proposal comes & reject me n my sister cz of our financial condition.is this a test too by Allah?

If you get a good proposal and your father reuses it, go to the Muslim court and let them get you married or to the authorized Islamic center.

i have a question regarding Ghibah. if I give an example regarding someone’s fault towards other people without mentioning the name of actual person (for example a sentence: Some people (without mentioning the name) in office does so and so bad things which need to be avoided), does it will consider as Ghibah? or it is permissible?

In Pakistan when the imam does the nikkah, he asks both the man and woman do you accept this person? They ask three times and the man and woman both say qabool 3 times. The imams there say it is a requirement to say qabool 3 times in order for the nikkah to be valid. Is this right or innovation?

It has been a habbit in my country that the girls who are searching for a match recites a Surah Thaha for 21 consecutive days.It is believed that the best match will be quickly found if they recite as above. This has actually worked for many girls here. Is this halal, recommended in any hadees or is it baseless?

Some Muslim scholars claim that the Qur’anic verses (33:32-33) were applicable only to the wives of the Prophet (SAW) and not the Muslim women in general. In the basis of that, they say that Muslim women are allowed to seek employment outside. Please shed some light on it.

The wives of the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam were ordered to stay home and not to leave unless it is needed. This also applies for other women. They can work if it is segregated and their guardian allows it.

I belong to a school where majority of the kids are Hindus. All the kids make fun of Islam. They call it a myth. Whatever it is, it has a scientific advantage. So i can answer them. But one sikh guy asked me that if Islam does not follow any myths then why do we worship a meteor in mecca? The quran says that the black stone came from the heaven.
