If this is a time that is convenient for him to read Quran, this is permissible. But if he thinks that there is a special benefit from it, this becomes an innovation.

shaykh, is it bidah to read quran particularly done after every fard salah, a person completes his salah, he recites quran soon after finishing the prescribed adhkar and before performing sunnah prayers?
