Alhamdulillah my mother in law is causing alot of problems for me. Please i want to know what rights she has when it comes to our children. She always gets angry because i dont like my 3 year old daughter to be eating sweets all the time. Does she have rights to be able to do whatever she wants when it comes to our children even if i dont agree to it?

No, she can not go against the wishes of the parents. Try to be patient and diplomatic with her, usually grand parents always like to spoil their grand children. If she eats sweets once a week, this is normal.

If I rent a car for 3 months for driving a taxi service, I need to pay the rent every week on Saturday. But the company states that if payment is not made after 3 days of the weekly payment date, a late charge of $60 will be charged. Is this riba? Is this permissible for me to rent the car to work for the taxi service?

Such lies are spread by the shia! She died a normal death after six months of the death of her father.

During last Ramadan I and my husband broke around 8 or 9 fasts following an app’s maghrib time (since there is no adhan in this country) which later turned out to be 5 or 7 minutes ahead of the real time. Do we have to make up for those obligatory fasts before this coming Ramadan?
