In Ramadan we friends go out to give iftar food to the needy on streets, those who are fasting. But, we see many who are not fasting but they line up to get the food which we are distributing for those who are fasting. We want fasting people to break their fast with the food that we give. The sunnah is to make one single Umrah per journey. Your initial umrah wouldn’t  be counted in Ramadan as you assumed your Ihram before the month of Ramadan.
