My mother breastfeed my cousin 1/2times during childhood.She couldn’t remeber the number of sucklings.But one of my aunt told that,this was only 1/2.not more than two. In this case,is it permissible to marry her and is there any genetical problem if I marry her.?

If your mother suckled her 5 times or more when she was below 2 years, then she is your mahram. If not, then she is not your mahram and you can marry her.

In my village I have poor and needy people who are in need to fresh water. So I have decided to build a fresh water well for them.Can I collect zaakat money for building the well for these poor people.Please advice.

This is not permissible as zakat must be given directly to the poor and he may do with it whatever pleases him.

I just watched a video on youtube where a brother was saying that if someone mocks or insults Arabs then they also mocked the prophet because he was Arab, is this true? The brother also mentioned that something like that could take you out of the fold of islam.

This is rubbish and nonsense.

In Pakistan I wanted to make a handpump water. It will be in a grave yard where people can use it for graves and for themselves as poor people live near there and they can use if for there own household aswell. Is this permissible. My grandparents have passed away can I name this pump for both of them or is it for one person only, if it is both name both will get reward

No problem in doing so as long as the graves won’t be desecrated. Give it to both your grandparents or to one of them is acceptable.

A friend of mine erected and fluid came out whilst fasting in this month of Ramadan. However the fluid ejaculation was neither preceded by masturbation nor bad acts. He said he got when he went to the toilet for passing urine.Is the fasting valid?Please reply.

I know that it’s not permissible for muslim men to wear gold jewelry. But my doubt is that is it permissible to use a phone that has gold in it. I’m about to buy a phone called “mi mix” 256gb that has its camera and fingerprint sensor bordered with 18 carat gold. In this case is it allowed to use it??

Dear Sheikh, I have a question about zakah:I have 200 grams gold and I am paying zakat from it.My friend says subtract nasab amount (96 grams) from your gold then pay zakah of it.Meaning, I should pay zakat from 104 grams (i.e. 2.6 grams).I hope you understand.

What he is saying is totally baseless. First of all, the nisab of gold is 85 grams. Secondly, the zakat is paid over the whole amount. This means that your zakat is 5 grams of gold.
