I wanted to know when do we have to repeat a rakah in jammat again when joining in the prayer. If i join a prayer and miss the ruku but join in the prayer before sujood do i have to repeat the rakat or not.

If you caught the rukuh, no need to repeat it. If you didn’t catch it, you must offer a new Rakah.

I am pakistani born muslim,taught reading quran/arabic pretty wrong due to urdu difference.I am unable to properly pronounce ک /ق differently and خ/ح.I was brought up pronouncing ض as a sound Z.Some time ago I learned that it is sound like د.I used to read quran/salat fluently, and Surah Fatiha this way, but now i have anxiety.I tried but failed to correct pronunciation,will my ibadat be accepted?

Yes, as this is the best you can do. However, you should never give up and must practice over and over again and you will master it in sha Allah.

Do we need to pull a person from a front row if we are praying alone?

This is prohibited! One must try to sweep himself in the row and if not possible, he may pray alone.

Can uncooked rice be given as fidya to the poor .this is for my father who is too old to fast.or does it have to be a cooked meal?

It is suffecient to give the poor 1.1 kg of rice in sha Allah.

In Manipur Hanafi alim gave fatwa against the people who follow Quran and Sahih Hadith that no women marry them, no sitting together, no eating together with fatwas in the walls of Masjid to bar them from entering. Even they chased them from Masjid! Seeing this some of my freind told me that they want to leave Islam. Please clarify your position.

This is an imbecile person and not a scholar and he and his followers are treating the masjid as their own property! People should be warned from this ignorant individual and his sect and must be exposed as they don’t represent Islam or Muslims!

I am pregnant MashaAllah and have been fasting. My family has been scaring me that it might not be good for the baby. I have been ignoring them but now I am feeling scared. Is it permissible for me to stop fasting even though I feel fine and healthy?

If you are feeling fine and there are no medical concerns regarding the fetus, you can go ahead with the fast, in shaa Allah.

Is it allowed to cut ones own hair after completion of umrah or someone else must cut it ?
