I have a questiom regarding zakat. I have heard that zakat can only be given to muslims and that you should not five zakaat to non muslims. Also, that zakat cannot be given to charitable organisations. Is this true?

It has to be given to trustworthy Islamic relief organizations that know how to distribute zakat money.

My husband has a friend who I don’t trust to be around. Apperarly here is not a specific reason but he seem to be the very out going and very socia, by that I mean clubbing knowing different girls . Don’t make an issue of it! Simply tell him that you trust him and that you know he fears Allah but you fear for his safety on the day of judgement to be associated with such a person as Allah told us that such friends would turn into foes except the righteous.

shaikh my question is Alhamdulillah i am a practicing muslim, performing 5 times salah, all commandments of ALLAH. away from interset etc. Is it compulsory to do dawah to non muslims inorder to get jannah. Is it that important. please give me answer.
