This is prohibited as you would be collaborating with them in their sin!

I am a graphic designer working for a hotel which would usually require me to design their alcohol menus or designing a flyer for their new wine promotion etc. My question is that as a Muslim is it permissible for me to do that? I have rejected many jobs that would require me to do such a job. Please clarify this to me.
