My sister missed 2 consecutive Ramadan plus d current one. Equivalent to 3. she wasn’t able to fast those past 2 Ramadhan becos she’s breastfeeding and now she was pregnant so she can’t take to fast. Does she ned to giv fidya for the missed?

QUESTION: Sheykh, there r some videos on Net where elderly people pray in jamat and make mistakes while praying,usually Witr prayer(they either stand up on the wrong rakah,or try to do ruku when they aren’t supposed to,and the youngsters are laughing at them,especially if some funny sounds are added on the videos.I know it’s innapropriate to laugh at them,but is it kufr if we laugh at these people praying?

When giving gifts to the children, is it supposed to be equal between the boys and girls and spending on them. Or is the girl supposed to get less as she only gets half of a man in everything else?
Whenever we are doing any “ZIKR” of Allah(remembrance of Allah), then if we want to break it in between(keeping in mind that some part of remembrance is still left) , or if someone interrupt us or ask us something, how should we end it?
The question is a bit harsh,I know.But i really feel like Allah doesn’t care about women.He only created her to please man.We have marriage issues,we have social pressures, we have a time limit on having kids, etc. How is that fair, Men can marry multiple women, but Allah made woman such that she can’t bear the thought of another woman with her man.and then in hell our number would exceed
Here in Pakistan people say Allah as Allah mian or Allah talla…is this correct?
My maternal aunt is a widow,she has no children and parents also dead.She has three apartments in India . If my maternal aunt wants to GIFT me one of her Apartment,What is the correct Islamic Process,Should she write in her handwriting that she has GIFTED so and so apartment to me with 2 male witness signature ,is that enough ? kindly elaborate

QUESTION: In our masjid fajr adhan is not when the break of dawn is. For example if the break of dawn is 5:25 and the sunrise is 6:55 our fajr adhan is about 6:15. Sheikh Assim al hakEEm

Sheikh Assim bin Luqman al-Hakeem was born in 1962 in the city of Al-Khobar, which lies in the east of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was raised there until the age of 12 before he and his family moved to the Western Province of Saudi Arabia, to the city of Jeddah. The city of Jeddah is the gateway to the two Holy Mosques, with Makkah being about 85-90 kilometers away and Madinah, where the Mosque of the Prophet salla Allahu ‘alaihi wa sallam is located, being 400 kilometers away. Sheikh Assim was there with Huda TV at the channel’s initial stages and he was also the first Sheikh of Ask Huda. He used to be an Imam in Jeddah before but since this is a kind of job that requires dedication and devotion, time does not permit him to be a full-time Imam now, so he only delivers the Friday Sermon.
