ANSWER: This is not permissible as the hands are part of a woman’s awrah. You can sketch a hand on paper and make henna designs on it and post or use little children’s hands.

ANSWER: There is no such thing as reciting for the deceased! It is not permissible to give the deceased the reward of reciting as it’s an innovation.

For making a dua people sometimes offer nafl fasting, is it a way for making dua? People say that the dua of a fasting person is never rejected.

ANSWER: Fasting in order to get a duaa answered is not from the sunnah and it is close to being an innovation.

Sheikh, my husband left me and our kids for almost 3years, no words from him or his family. Then he came back later and said he was sorry, though his mother never wanted us to be married, she controls him and now he said he wants us to be a family again, and my parents have said they are no more in support of the marriage that I should seek divorce frm him and he refuse.

Which one should i do first? should i memorize some chapters of the quran or should i read the whole quran because i haven’t read the Quran, which will benefit me the most i plan on doing both but which one should i do first?

ANSWER: You need to maintain a balance between the two so that you manage to finish reading the quran once a month while memorizing a bit of it every day.

You mentioned already that coronovirus is not a plague since the death rate is low. Some scholars mentioning that death from coronovirus will be considered as ‘shuhada’. Please advise. JazakALLAHU Khair for allowing me to ask the question.

ANSWER: It’s not a plague. In Sha Allah, a muslim who dies due to Coronavirus is a martyr as it is attacking the respiratory system and suffocates a person like a person who is drowning.

Do we have to put down our index finger back at the time of first Salam or should we keep in moving position till end of last Salam?

ANSWER: You should keep moving it when you recite the entire tashahud until duas and put it down when you start to give salam.

Sheikh, Is it permissible to pray Jumu’ah on Friday with 3 to 5 people? Or we should just pray Dhuhr individually?

ANSWER: In this current situation, pray 4 rakahs of dhuhr at home and you can make a congregation for this with your family.

With the current situation of the masjids being closed. Can we as a family of 4 members perform a khutbah and pray 2 rakah of the jummah prayer or do we have to pray dhuhr?
