This is not permissible as the hands are part of a woman’s awrah. 

You can sketch a hand on paper and make henna designs on it and post or use little children’s hands. 

I am a henna artist for which i post my / other people’s hand pictures on my public insta account.Is posting pictures of hands permissible?
