There aren’t specific Dua’h for jobs, wives, new houses or success in trade. There are general Dua’h that you ask Allah for such things. And Allah knows best

Is that true that the Dua after each recitation of Qur’aan is being accepted as angels also pray for it?

We have a revert sister and she is just 17 years old ma sha’Allah.She hide her islam from one year,and she decide to tell to her partents.The question is: There is any duah which she can supplicate before telling them? Could you please tell a good dua that can be recited when one is searching for a good wife?

You simply ask Allah to grant you a good, righteous wife that would be obedient and a joy to your eyes.

When we recite the morning and evening adhkar do we have to raise our hands as we are making duah? Should they be recited immediately after Fajr and Maghrib, or can they be delayed?

Thikr is different from Du’ah. Therefore, we don’t raise our hands because the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam didn’t raise his. The Sunnah is to be recited immediately but if someone didn’t, he must recite them soon afterwards.

What is the best way I can ask Allah to guide my brother, make him obedient and respectful towards elders, have love for religion, have good manners, become a very good Muslim?

There is nothing specific you can ask Allah for your brother. You should generally ask Allah to guide him and Allah will answer your prayers.
