There is scholar goes by the name of Javed Ghamdi in pakistan who is spreading deviant thoughts in Pakistan who is a Munkar e hadith has recently fired a topic of interest and claims that there is no interest on usable Items such as cars, houses and machinery. For instance a bank buy u a house for 200k although the real value at this time is 175k then what ever extra the bank is charging is the rent and it is halal. He also says the original Hurmat of interest is on taking interest not on giving. Please explain asap in details so that i can forward it to people as well.

My friend is affiliated to “Company A” and he said me if i buy one product (which costs 250 dollars) from “company A” then he will give me a loan of another 250 dollars to buy another product.
