My friend is affiliated to “Company A” and he said me if i buy one product (which costs 250 dollars) from “company A” then he will give me a loan of another 250 dollars to buy another product. Are Muslims allowed to buy house in the US using the conventional banking system? If not, how is a Muslim supposed to get a house if he has many children and the apartments has become smaller to accommodate everyone. Even renting a house is difficult to get and if you’re lucky to see one for rent, it’s very expensive than buying a house and paying a monthly mortgage.

My Question is about the payback points that one earns after using a debit card from a bank. The more we purchase from this debit card ( the money gets deducted from the bank account ) on certain outlets, the more points we get and we can claim for something. Is this permissible or is this considered usury ?
