my dad had deposited some amount for me in a riba based bank before my marriage and recently he gifted me the same but with some additional amount(riba). is it haraam for me to use that additional amount??

You can use that as the sin is on him and not on you as it Was his money and his bank account and you had no say in it.

Suppose I buy a product A using interest, and then sell the product, then with that money buy another product B without interest, will my 2nd transaction of product B be halal? Or will it be haram.

It will be halaal. However that does not remove your sin for using riba for the inital transaction.

This is not permissible as this would Encourage them to take another loan in the future.

My friend is affiliated to “Company A” and he said me if i buy one product (which costs 250 dollars) from “company A” then he will give me a loan of another 250 dollars to buy another product. Is this transaction based on riba since i heard that there is a hadith which says it is haram to combine a sale and a loan..i want to know if my transaction is same like combining sale and loan?

This is prohibited as it is a loan that draws a benefit to the lender.

If I give a loan to someone and they give me their house as security deposit, is it permissible for me to make use of the house while maintaining the house.

Are Muslims allowed to buy house in the US using the conventional banking system? If not, how is a Muslim supposed to get a house if he has many children and the apartments has become smaller to accommodate everyone. Even renting a house is difficult to get and if you’re lucky to see one for rent, it’s very expensive than buying a house and paying a monthly mortgage.

I have a saving account in a bank and they give interest. Is it haram to have it. Because I didnt ask them to provide interest it is their choices.
