I raise my hands in 3rd raka’ah of Witr. I make dua (First I praise Allah then I say darood-e-Ibrahim, then I say dua Qunoot, after that I MAKE DUA IN MY OWN LANGUAGE e.g. O Allah! I thank You for everything, please have mercy on me,guide me to the straight path, have mercy on Musilm ummah, etc. after that I make Quranic supplications.) Is my procedure correct? can I make dua in my own native language to thank Allah and ask for His bounty?

If the Imam is praying 2 and then one, you can add a rak’ah to the last separate one to make it even numbers. You may join the Imam in the Qunoot as you don’t have any other alternative.
