Surely you are wrong in what you are doing. You must pray Isha with the congregation even if they pray it immediately after the Athan. You must not postpone it until the middle of the night unless you are a woman or you are with a congregation in another masjid.

If you postponed the prayer after the middle of the night, your prayer is not accepted and you shouldn’t pray it. but if you prayed it before the middle of the night, then you have prayed it on time. The middle of the night being between sunset and Fajr.

This du’ah is not mandatory. It is Sunnah. Therefore, you prayer is correct.

If you recite a Surah wrongly and remembered that later on, the prayer is correct and you don’t have to repeat it. You must repeat it if you made a mistake in Al Fatiha.

You went wrong when you didn’t pray on the spot. Never the less, the Asr you made up after Isha is OK because you didn’t know at the time.
