I want to work by a muslim gynecologist, but i have to work with health insurance cards and as I know every insurance is involved with interest (In Germany everyone needs to have an insurance). In our non islamic country,it is a must to ensure vehicles and to have medical insurance and to have a social security fund where we pay some amount every month and that money is kept in the central bank and it is used to pay you pensions after retirement.And it is mandatory by law to have a president’s potrait in all offices or shops..Is it a sin on us if we have no choice?

Medical insurance is haram in India since almost all the insurance companies deal with Riba. But I am working in a company where my company forces the employees to take medical insurance and cuts the premium amount from our salary. My question is can we claim this medical insurance amount and give it to the poor without expecting any rewards similar to what we do with the interest amount coming from bank rather than leaving it unclaimed.
