When we wear Ihram at meeqaat for Umrah, and if we forget to read Talbeeh, does it invalidate Umrah? Is it wajib to read talbeeh?

My grandmother is died. Before her death, she wills her money to use in useful sector so that she can gain thawab. She gave her money to my father. Sheikh i have a confusion as we know that hajr-e-aswad was not black when it descended from heaven it was pure white but it became black due to sins of mankind so if it was white than who named it hajr-e-aswad because aswad mean black or if this name was given after turning of stone black then what was it’s original name…? I heard that if one has not performed hajj before and he/she performs umrah in the month of shawwal or dhul qadah then hajj become obligatory on him/her that year. If yes then does it apply on locals living inthe kingdom?

ANSWER: It’s not permissible for her to travel with him or go for hajj as he’s a total stranger to her and she must cover in front of him at all times. If she doesn’t have a male mahram to accompany her for hajj then hajj is not mandatory upon her.

I want to ask that people say when u look at the kaaba for the first time in real and make dua, it will surely be accepted. So is this true?

ANSWER: It is not permissible to perform hajj or umrah on behalf of anyone else before you had done it yourself at least once in your lifetime. You can delegate someone trustworthy who has already done hajj before and give that money to them to do hajj on your father’s behalf.
