I wanted to ask something..In sha Allah we are going for hajj..so we have a neighbour she has some bag(she made kt herself)and she said us to put over there when we go for hitting the shaytan..and she said she has duas on them but its empty.What should i do in this case?Telling my mom is biddah but she isn’t listening and then she starts shouting at me..What should i do?

Sheikh in Hajj when we reach to arafat do we have Praise Allah and send salutations to Prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him) and then raise our hands and make dua. Or we can directly raise our hands and make dua without praising Allah and sending salutations to Prophet.

Both are permissible, but it is better to praise Allah and offer salutations upon the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, if you want Allah to answer your Duaa.

Had’ee is done by a pilgrim in Makkah area during hajj. oud’hiya is done by the person residing who doesn’t go for hajj.

It is said that on the day of hajj b/w 4.30 and 5.30 if one recites allahumalabaik for certain number of times say 442 times, all our duas will be answered

What to do by going to meeqat? Should we simply go to meeqat with car and then start going towards haram for tawaf and sa’ee or do we have to get down in meeqat and do something there?

Once you reach the meeqat, the sunnah is to make the intention of Ihram after praying Fard prayer or a sunnah. If there is nothing to pray, just make the intention and head back.

ANSWER: This comes under Riya (show off). So one should not do that and solely concentrate on the purpose of being there.

I am going fr haj inshallah..is this th correct way ‘calling all the loved ones and telling them about departure and asking them for any special duas they want us to do for them’.also is it permissible thing to ask for forgiveness from friends and relatives via wats app and Facebook? There is woman, though she claims to be a muslim, does a lot of shirks. For eg. visiting mazar and grave, wearing taweez, going to peer, fortune teller, magicians and believing in many weird things. is it permissible for her mahram(who is a good muslim) to take her hajj knowing all her shirki activities?
