Sheikh, I wanted to ask you that when we go for Umrah and we wear the Ihraam (for women when we wear the scarf) is it permissible to change the clothes we are wearing before Umrah in case we feel that they are not in the pure state due to the long travel and usage of bathrooms during the journey.

sheikh Is that true that Allah subhanahu wa taala in the day of Arafat descend in the 1st SAMAA so that people will make dua? Allah always descend in the midle of night but in the day of Arafat is that true Allah descend for the whole day?
