If I visit Madinah from Makkah for praying in Masjid an Nabawi and visit the graves of Prophet and his companions and visit the baqi. My parents were telling that we have to perform umrah because we visited Madinah. So, what’s the rulling on performing umrah after returning to Makkah?

This is baseless and not related to your visit to Madinah. As long as you have performed your Umrah, it is up to you whether you perform another Umrah or not.

My brother applied for hajj and he wanted me to join him. I am booked to travel for vacation on hajj time to see my husband. I am planning to move my vacation after hajj but my husband he refused because he also made booking to see me on hajj time..and he wants to go for hajj too. If i go hajj this year i should wait 5 hrs to apply again. Shall i continue hajj or I must wait for my husband?

If you have not performed your Fard hajj, you must perform it immediately.

while performing Hajj Arkan, if due to purely someone’s mistake I get hurt and if it bleeds, then am I liable to offer a camel or a goat or in cash in order to compensate my bleeding?

There are alot of ladies who travel from jeddah to makkah in bus without mahram and perform umrah. When i asked they said our mahram is in jeddah not very far from makkah so we can perform umrah without them. Is it permissible?

What is the ruling regarding a lady who wants to perform Umrah but her mahram is not willing to accompany her ? Is she allowed to travel with an agency?

No, a woman is not allowed to travel without a mahram.

We live in Jeddah.Last Friday, we went to Makkah and performed Tawaf and returned back,My daughter who is 12 years old had attained puberty that morning and did not understand what was happening to her and did not tell me either. I learnt about her menstruation the next day. May I know the ruling for us in this regard . Eagerly awaiting your guidance.

If she wasn’t in her Ihram and she only did Tawaf, there is nothing on her.
