I have seen some videos in which people die during Salah or in Sujood and also some people dying in the 2 holy Masjids, so is it permissible to pray to obtain death in Salah, Sujood or to die in holy Masjids?

Yes, you can. But it is better to ask Allah for a nobel and good death.

Sheikh, how is a woman allowed to wash a dead body but not allowed to go to burials or visit graves? Surely washing a body, especially a loved one, is more tramatic/emotional than visiting a grave. Women are not complete babies and there are many who can handle visiting graves especially if they know the rules in Islam of not being allowed to wail or create a shrine at the grave.

You should address the Prophet, peace be upon him, who gave us this directive. Using your own logic is not something recommended specially when a person does not have knowledge. It is like someone claiming that men wearing diamonds is prohibited because diamonds are more expensive than gold.

While we throw 3 handful of sand to grave when burying the dead. What is the authentic dua to recite ?

Scholars recommend throwing three handful of soil on the grave but I don’t know any authentic hadeeth supporting it. As for the Duaa, you only ask Allah for forgiveness for the deceased and that Allah make him or her steadfast while being questioned.

We dont visit graveyards frequently. Is there any Dua’a in Arabic which we can recite in which we can pray fr all the dead Muslims world over, whether we are at home or we go to graveyards?

If you are home, simply say O Allah forgive all Muslims, men and women.

A hadeeth recommends that after burial the close relatives should stay behind in the graveyard and pray for the forgiveness of the deceased; at this time is it permissible to read Quran while sitting near the grave.

This is permissible.

Here in India, It is a common practice once the dead is buried, at the time of finishing Salathu Janaza, then at the Grave after burial, then after 40 steps on way back; could be a learned person reciting a reasonable portion more so the Last Ayats of Surathul Baqra then of Durood (Sending Salaam to theProphet PBUH). Please guide
