Who can be called kaafir? Any non-Muslim, Jews, Christians?

ANSWER: Any person who does not believe in Allah and the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam as His last Messenger and does not believe in the Qur’an and the Islamic shariah is a kafir.

I see people debating chrisitians, and some might say kufr, like they would say something kufr while their intentino is clearly that they dont mean it, rather they mean that in this false religion, its like this, is this wrong?

ANSWER: Yes, because it’s not permissible to facilitate or co-operate in haram and sinning.

Are we allowed to pray for non-Muslims other than forgiveness? Like, cure their disease etc? Are we allowed to pray for them like asking Allah to guide them and bless them? A lot of people do this in the comments of videos. Are we only allowed to pray for guidance?

ANSWER: It not permissible to hack such software as this is stealing. Being disbelievers doesn’t mean that we are allowed to take their money and shed their blood! We are not living in a jungle and surely we won’t like them doing this to us because we are disbelievers to them!

Does celebrating birthdays make one out of the fold of islam while knowing that the root of celebrating birthday is from some shirk origin(for example the pagan origin, roman origin or kafirs did it for pharaoh etc)? I mean, after knowing all the roots, if someone celebrates birthday following their whims and desire, does they become out of the fold of islam?

ANSWER: This does not take them out of the fold of Islam but it’s sinful as Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam forbade us from imitating the disbelievers.
