ANSWER:

Any person who does not believe in Allah and the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam as His last Messenger and does not believe in the Qur’an and the Islamic shariah is a kafir.

Who can be called kaafir? Any non-Muslim, Jews, Christians?
