Regarding people living in a distant land who dont hear about Islam or dont hear enough to be held accountable as well as people who lived between 2 prophets of Allah, i know Allah will test them on judgement day but my Question is are they still referred to as kuffar? Don we still make takfeer on them even though message hasn’t reached them?

ANSWER: They are treated as disbelievers and non muslims in this life but we don’t say that they are in heaven nor in hell!

ANSWER: You can live with her and serve her dutifully. Allah mandates that you honor your parents despite their behavior towards you even if they are disbelievers, therefore, try to soften her heart towards Islam and be dutiful. You must put your trust, reliance, and dependence on Allah and think positive of Him azza wa Jal.

im a revert from christianity, and have a trouble answering myself how should i treat my mother. Iwe been brought up by my grandmom since 7 years old due to may dads death and my moms alcoholism. My question is do i have to continue having relations with her or no? Because her behaviour pushes me away and i do not want to interact with her. Thank you

ANSWER: You need to be dutiful to her and respectful while observing the boundaries of Islam and not crossing them! Buy her groceries and pay her bills if she is in need financially and be kind to her as Allah may guide her to Islam through you.

Sheikh in our country there is a system. After a dad give his daughter marriage. After the nikah in front the Qadhi. The girl has to see his husband through a Mirror. They call it Shahnajur. What is this Sheikh. Is it Islamic. Is it a bidah?

ANSWER: There is no such thing as new year resolutions in Islam. If you make an oath by taking Allah’s name then you must fulfill it.

If one receives a Christmas hamper at work for their hard work. Are they allowed to accept it? Also, what should one do if this hamper contains alcohol.

ANSWER: If they give you halal gift, you can accept it without participating in their gathering or functions. If it has anything haram, like alcohol etc, you must not accept this. If you had taken it without knowing there is alcohol, pour it in the sink.

As you know D….. is celebrated as H…. New Year. I am working in MNC in which we get bonus and sweets on this occasion and also chocolate on new year or ……… Is is permissible to take the sweets and bonus. Because they do p…. and because of their G.. Victory they distribute Sweets.What is correct according to Islam kindly guide.

ANSWER: You can take the sweets and chocolates if they are made with halal ingredients. What is prohibited to participate in their celebrations or gatherings or to congratulate them on it.
