Regarding people living in a distant land who dont hear about Islam or dont hear enough to be held accountable as well as people who lived between 2 prophets of Allah, i know Allah will test them on judgement day but my Question is are they still referred to as kuffar? Don we still make takfeer on them even though message hasn’t reached them?

ANSWER:
They are treated as disbelievers and non muslims in this life but we don’t say that they are in heaven nor in hell!
