I prayed with someone (me being the imam), but he did not do the iqamah fully well and we went on and prayed, because i did not want to correct him at that instant because if people there. Will the prayer be valid or, the iqamah must be read properly?

I live in Pakistan where the Fajr and Asr prayer are held at the `last-time’ in most mosques which is around 6 while back in gulf they used at the `first-time’ which would be around 4 pm. But mosques from our home is far and we have good number of people at home so we all do congregation in every prayer. So, can we pray at the earlier time in congregation while being at home?

If you had travelled to another town which people consider it as traveling, you can combine Maghreb to Isha but this reason for delaying Maghreb is not a legitimate reason especially if there are Muslims who would miss the prayer as well or there is a masjid near by.
