I went to the masjid and intentionally waited about 1second so that the imam goes to ruku.when he went to ruku,I joined.I did this delay because I know that I cannot recite fatiha in 1second.Should I repeat the prayer?

No problem if it was one second as you claim. However, you should join the imam and recite the Fatiha in few seconds, as this is possible.

I just found out from islamqa.info [1] that saying “رب اغفرلي” between two prostrations is obligatory (I don’t recite it) ,does that mean all of my ten years worth of prayers are invalid?

This is permissible as long as you dont know how to say it in arabic.

sheikh, do sisters praying in their rooms will not be deprived of the ajar of praying in al Haram? Will they get the same reward as men? Going all the way for hajj and not get the reward of praying in Haram?
