If a person has repented, Allah will compensate the missing and the shortcomings in prayers with such voluntary prayers.

I am a female. Can I pray without socks? Its really hot. Is it fard to wear socks when I pray salaah?

I’ve heard that while going for sujood first we should put our hands on the ground then the knees is it really authentic. I found this info on Facebook mentioning it as a hadith from abu daud

I support going on the hands first as Sheikh Al Albani explained.

sheikh…usually i pray isha after that 2 raqah sunnah…then 2+1 raqah witr..i go to sleep and wake up for thahajjud about 45 min b4 fajr …pray 2rakah thahajjud prolonging it for 30mins and recite quran upto fajr… am i doing correct or should i need to adjust anything in my witr or thahajjud prayers?

Witr should be the last prayer you do. If you wake up every night, Delay your witr so you pray it after tahajjud and just before fajr.

I hope you are well. I prayed my fajr salaah the other day at 4.20am in the morning starting with the two sunnah Rakat. I didn’t realise that the time for fajr was actually 4.23am so I prayed earlier than I should. Does my Fardh prayer (which I did after my sunnah) still count?

If you started your Fard prayer after 4:23, your prayer is valid but your sunnah prayer is not.

If we pray eid on jumaa day, what is hukum regarding afternoon jumaa, do we have to pray as well?

Shiekh, is it true that making du’a in last sajda during salah is not part of sunnah? Does it invalidate the salah?

Friday ghusul is an issue of dispute among scholars. Women are not obliged to do it as they are not obliged to attend the prayer. The most authentic opinion is that it is recommended for men but not obligatory.

I did ghusl for jummah. and i realise that one needs to do wudu after ghusl for jummah. however at the time i forgot the ruling completely. do i have to repeat my prayer. And if i have to repaet it do i have to pray four rakat qadha for zuhr
