Dania means near and it is OK. Zoya is not Arabic and I don’t know what it means.

The name is Arabic without any doubt. It is mentioned in the Quran in 3 locations and one of the great companions of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam who was martyred, his name was Assim Ibn Thabit. However, I believe that the appropriate spelling would be A’sim. It means “preventer”.

I don’t know of any specific Du’ah. You can pray to Allah general Duah to help your son and to make him better.
