ANSWER:

With t-shirts, they don’t play with these images but rather they wear them! Toys are exempted from the prohibition as an exception and not the rule. Everything else remains under the prohibition.

It is permissible to give children toys that have the shape of humans or animals. It is not permissible to have these drawings on the clothes of children.
