In a Hadith Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) says Drink with right hand.I sincerely respect the Hadith.But Is it permissable for me to drink with left hand at the time of having my food like rice and curry? If I drink with right hand then the glass looks dirty.

No, this is not permissible and this is not a valid reason. Nothing must enter your mouth through your left hand! This is satan’s way of eating and drinking.

Is it haram to eat or drink street food,any kind of street food,the one sold beside the drain and the one sold on footpath and other types too. so r they halal becoz they might be unhealthy.?

If the food sold is made of halaal ingredients, then it is halaal. If it is unhealthy or unclean, you must not eat it.

Some one’s restaurant went out of business and he brought me some left over food items like rice, oil, fish etc, for which he didn’t pay to his supplier, now I have to eat them or I have throw them away, which one I should do, is it halal for me?

Im a home baker who take cake orders.oftenwe get themed cake orders. I know we are not allowed to make figurines but can we make 3d cartoon characters like tom and jerry, kung fu panda, on cake for decoration purpose. Can we make human figurines without face?

This is not allowed.

My query is about edible silver/gold foil used on the Indian sweets. Are we Muslims allowed to eat them? My parents are Hindu. On Diwali people gift my family(parents) sweets with that silver foil on top. I read on islamqa that Muslims can accept the veg food on their festival. Correct me if I’m wrong. If silver foil is haram, can I remove it and eat the sweets?

If it is only a color, it is permissible to eat it as long as it is not harmful! But if there is even so little of real gold or silver, it is prohibited to consume it.

I wanted to ask if it is allowed to eat sushi. A Japanese meal prepared with raw fish?

yes, it is halal, though I wouldn’t even try it!

Is it not good to drink water after meals? The only reference I got after searching is that Allamah Ibnul Qayyim رحمه الله has mentioned that the habit of Nabi Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam was that of not drinking immediately after eating as this is harmful to the digestion process.

There isn’t anything prescribed in the Sunnah! One can drink whenever he wishes! Whether it is healthy or not, this is for the doctors to decide.

I have a quick question here regarding haram foods. Lets say for example I receive a food product that is not halal to eat. Should I throw it away or give it to non-Muslim neighbors?

The meat is halaal, if coming from a permissible animal slaughtered in the halaal way. Washing it is not required and the Remains of the blood in the veins doesn’t affect it.
